– LA Joyería will facilitate a reverse pick-up of the merchandise within 48-72 hours from the time the customer informs us of the return through an email or call.
– Returned product should be sent in the original condition. Used product cannot be sent back and will disable any further exchange requests by the customer. All used articles will be sent back to the customer.
– The original packaging and tags of the ordered product should be intact and in saleable condition. Any article with tampered packaging or tags, will be sent back to the customer.
– LA Joyería reserves the right to do a thorough quality check of the product to ensure it is re-saleable and eligible for exchange.
– The exchange is subject to availability of the ordered product. In case the exchange is unavailable, you may take another merchandise of same or higher value or request us for a store credit.
– The returned package must be sealed appropriately to ensure the safety of the product while in transit.
– The address label on the package must be affixed properly
– LA Joyería will not be responsible if a product is lost or damaged in transit due to inappropriate packaging.
